About this role

Silverado is seeking a full-time caregiver for their memory care community in Mesachie Lake, where you'd provide direct support to residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and related conditions. The work centers on hands-on assistance with daily activities—bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining—alongside the relational work of building trust with residents and their families. You'll document observations, communicate with the nursing team about changes in resident status, and help maintain a safe, dignified environment for people navigating memory loss.

This role suits someone with genuine patience and reliability who finds meaning in direct care work. While prior experience with dementia or Alzheimer's is preferred, it's not required; what matters is your ability to show up consistently, communicate clearly, and work as part of a team. The position demands physical capability—walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly—and comfort around animals. You'll work NOC (night) shifts, Sunday through Thursday, at $21–24 per hour.

Silverado backs this role with solid support: paid training, a 401(k) match, health and dental coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and a range of other benefits. The company is Fortune-ranked in aging services and certified as a Great Place to Work, suggesting a workplace culture that values its caregiving staff.
