About this role

Ground Logistics is hiring delivery drivers for its Auburn terminal to handle FedEx package delivery across the local area. The work involves loading packages into company vehicles each morning, completing 100+ delivery stops per day to homes and businesses, and scanning packages as you go. It's straightforward route-based delivery with no CDL required and no long-haul driving—you'll be back to the terminal each day.

The role suits someone with a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the physical capacity to lift up to 100 pounds regularly. You'll need to pass a background check, drug test, and DOT medical exam, and live within 25 minutes of Auburn. Prior delivery experience with major carriers is valued but not required. Ground Logistics offers weekly pay starting at $170–$190 per day, paid training, company vehicles and uniforms, and a benefits package including health and dental coverage, telemedicine, PTO, and a 401(k). Schedules run up to five days per week, with both full-time and part-time positions available.
