About this role
Myriad360 is looking for a Senior Manager to own contracts and legal work end-to-end—from initial intake through final execution. You'll review and redline a broad range of agreements (NDAs, MSAs, service provider agreements, SOWs, and other commercial contracts), negotiate directly with counterparties, and serve as the bridge between internal teams and external partners. The role requires balancing speed with risk management; you'll move deals forward quickly while protecting the company from unnecessary exposure, and you'll escalate legal or compliance issues to senior leadership when needed.
This is a remote position suited to someone with 5+ years of contract management or legal operations experience who is comfortable in fast-paced environments and can communicate confidently with both legal and non-legal stakeholders. You should have strong redlining skills, solid grounding in commercial and legal terms (liability, indemnity, payment terms, SLAs), and a track record of negotiating vendor and customer agreements. Experience with contract management systems like Ironclad or DocuSign CLM is valued. A bachelor's degree is required; a JD or paralegal certification is a plus but not essential.
Beyond the core contracting work, you'll help Myriad360 scale its contracting processes, track contract status for visibility and timeliness, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Insurance teams to resolve commercial issues. The company offers unlimited PTO, zero-cost employer-covered health insurance, company-funded 401k contributions, paid parental leave, and an annual device reimbursement. The NYC base salary range is $120,000–$130,000, with opportunities for bonus or commission; compensation varies by geography.
