About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring RNs for its HICU® Health Services program in Boston, bringing pediatric ICU care into patients' homes on overnight shifts. You'd work full-time as part of a hospital care extension team, providing one-on-one skilled nursing to infants and young children transitioning from hospital to home settings. The role emphasizes specialized pediatric care—you'll need at least one year of RN experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or pediatric home care, with demonstrated competence in infusion therapy and tracheostomy/ventilator management.
The position offers $60–65 per hour plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus, with weekly pay and full-time overnight scheduling. BAYADA provides on-the-job training, free courses, and scholarship opportunities alongside a stated focus on employee development and workplace culture. This role suits experienced pediatric or ICU nurses ready to shift from hospital-based to home-based care, where you'd have continuity with individual patients rather than rotating assignments.
