About this role

Results Physiotherapy is seeking PRN Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedic care at their Nashville locations. You'll work as needed—anywhere from 1 to 19 hours per week—with the flexibility to stay at a single clinic or float across multiple sites if you prefer. The role involves delivering hands-on, evidence-based treatment under a licensed Physical Therapist's supervision, helping patients regain mobility and strength while tracking their progress and collaborating with your clinical team.

This position suits PTAs who value flexibility and want to work in a supportive environment without the commitment of full-time employment. You'll earn $30–$34 per hour (with a higher rate available for those willing to float), and you have the option to transition into full-time or part-time work later. The role comes with practical perks: a 401k match, free Medbridge access, a 20% discount on continuing education, and an Employee Assistance Program. Notably, Upstream's AI documentation scribe handles clinical paperwork in real time, letting you stay fully focused on patient care.

You'll need an active or pending Tennessee PTA license and a degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Results is part of the larger Upstream Rehabilitation network, which means you'll have access to mentorship, learning programs, and the resources of a national organization while working in a local clinic setting.
