About this role

Supporting a major healthcare technology implementation, this internship at Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions involves coordinating documentation, testing systems, and organizing collaboration spaces for Praxis Health's Oracle Health rollout. You'd manage SharePoint repositories and Teams channels, assist with RingCentral AI testing, track device inventory, and help distribute materials to clinical and technical stakeholders. The work is structured around hands-on project support rather than shadowing—you're responsible for maintaining accuracy, version control, and task tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The role suits someone with strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, and genuine interest in healthcare technology. You'll need attention to detail for documentation management, comfort asking clarifying questions in a clinical environment, and ability to juggle competing priorities. The position includes self-directed Oracle Health online learning to build implementation knowledge. Over the first 90 days, you'll move from onboarding and initial task execution toward managing recurring responsibilities independently and presenting findings back to your supervisor.
