Overview: We’re looking for Sales Associates to join our team in Nashville! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team setting, loves connecting with people, and is passionate about spreading Little Words Project’s message of kindness and self-love. As a Sales Associate, you’ll bring our brand story to life, help customers find bracelets that speak to them, and create an unforgettable in-store experience.
What you’ll do:
- Share our mission, help customers find the perfect pieces, and personalize recommendations based on their needs.
- Help facilitate in-store beading appointments, parties, and special events—making every visit extra special.
- Assist with transactions at the POS system, answer customer questions, and provide top-notch service.
- Keep the sales floor tidy, well-stocked, and visually inspiring for our customers.
- Assist at the bead bar, tie bracelets, and fulfill custom orders.
- Help with inventory intake, visual merchandising, clienteling, and KPIs to keep the store thriving.
- Other duties as directed by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager

About this role
Little Words Project is seeking a Sales Associate for its Nashville store who can authentically represent the brand's mission of kindness and self-love while delivering strong customer service. You'll spend your time on the sales floor connecting with customers, helping them select and personalize bracelets, and facilitating beading appointments and events. The role also involves hands-on work at the bead bar, managing transactions, maintaining visual merchandising, and supporting inventory and store operations.
This position suits someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and thrives in a collaborative retail environment. While prior retail experience is preferred, the company values attitude and willingness to learn equally. You should be comfortable with weekend and holiday shifts, comfortable with both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes tasks, and enthusiastic about the brand's message—not just selling products, but creating meaningful in-store experiences that reflect Little Words Project's values.
