About this role

Free Association Live is launching a resident Magic Mike Live production in New York City, and this Sales Manager role will drive ticket sales and partnership strategy for that venue. You'd own the full sales lifecycle across consumer, group, corporate, and trade channels—building relationships with tour operators, hotels, DMCs, travel planners, and tourism organizations while executing campaigns that hit revenue targets. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution: you'll represent the show at trade events and networking meetings, manage the group sales pipeline using Spektrix CRM, and work cross-functionally with marketing, hospitality, and ticketing teams to maximize revenue and guest experience.

This role suits someone with 4+ years of sales management experience and genuine knowledge of NYC's entertainment, hospitality, and tourism landscape. You should have an established network in the travel trade, ticket brokerage, and corporate events space—relationships you can activate immediately. Strong group sales and partnership experience is essential, as is comfort with CRM and ticketing platforms, but the real requirement is the ability to think strategically while executing tactically: identifying new distribution channels, solving problems independently, and maintaining brand integrity across all partners.

The position is hybrid based in New York with travel expected for domestic and international trade shows and partner meetings. It reports to the VP of Sales & Revenue and demands someone who's equally comfortable in a boardroom pitch and troubleshooting a ticketing system glitch—someone adaptable, service-minded, and driven by revenue growth in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
