About this role

COSM is hiring a Production Specialist to manage the behind-the-scenes work that brings Bring a Trailer's vehicle listings to life. You'll be the connective tissue between sellers and the auction platform, handling everything from organizing submitted photos and data to coordinating with internal teams and serving as the primary contact for sellers during the pre-auction phase. The role demands strong writing skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to juggle a high-volume pipeline while maintaining professional, empathetic communication with stakeholders.

This position suits someone with at least two years in customer support, content production, technical writing, or automotive services who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage competing priorities without losing sight of accuracy. You'll need to be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion. A genuine interest in collector cars and automotive culture is valued—hands-on automotive experience is a bonus but not required.

The role is hybrid based in San Francisco, paying $66,000–$70,000 annually, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one, a 401(k) with company match, and access to training programs and industry events. Note that you must be located in one of the specified states to be considered.
