Description
- Utilize multiple computer programs onsite, and while at store sites, to conduct research on products, such as test history and program parameters.
- Work closely with team members to successfully complete all related product pull requests.
- Establish and maintain cordial and respectful relationships with store associates.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with a commitment to excellence.
- Support program requirements by adhering to the scope, as outlined by the Retailer.
- Maintain weekly reconciliation of expense statements.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Possession of a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Access to a dependable smartphone and computer capable of routine communication and document printing.
- Previous merchandising experience and/or experience in a retail environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Ability to move and/or transport products weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- A self‑starting, dependable approach to work within a macro‑managed environment.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $35,400-$47,100 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (9 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
