We’re hiring Caregivers - compassionate team members who provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. This role blends empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments every day.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, etc.)
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
- Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred
- Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards
- Effective communicator in verbal and written English
- Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working around animals and pets

About this role
Silverado Sierra Vista is seeking a Full Time Caregiver for the PM shift at their Azusa memory care community. You'd provide direct, hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and related conditions—assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, dining, and other daily activities while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. The role requires you to maintain a safe and respectful environment, keep accurate care records, and communicate changes to the nursing team. This is active work involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, and you'll need reliable transportation and comfort around animals.
