About this role

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Director to build operational infrastructure across its People function—establishing strategy, roadmaps, and governance for programs, systems, analytics, and AI. You'd lead a small team responsible for translating People Operations priorities into executable plans, managing the HR technology ecosystem, and turning workforce data into insights that inform business decisions.
