About this role
Blackbird Health is hiring a Child and Adolescent Therapist (LSW) for their Mount Laurel office to deliver evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults alongside an interdisciplinary team. You'll work entirely on-site in a clinician-founded practice that handles credentialing, billing, and administrative work so you can focus on patient care. The role comes with full clinical board supervision at no cost—a structured pathway toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) while you build your caseload immediately.
The part-time option offers flexibility within constraints: 20 contracted hours per week (17 direct care hours) anchored in evenings after 3:00 PM and weekends, with a $40,000 base salary plus $65 per session for hours beyond the 17-hour baseline. Full-time positions are also available with a 4-day workweek structure and higher base compensation. Both tracks include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and paid holidays.
You'll need an active provisionally licensed credential in New Jersey (LSW), at least one year working with children or adolescents, and genuine availability for the evening and weekend core hours that define the schedule. This role suits someone committed to on-site collaboration, ready to start seeing patients without a ramp-up period, and focused on growing clinically within a supportive team environment.
