  • Plan and execute testing, including test scripts, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support defect resolution through to sign-off.
  • Support integration processes between Oracle ERP and upstream and downstream systems, working with technical teams to define requirements, validate data flows, and resolve exceptions.
  • Collaborate with the offshore technical team by providing clear functional specifications, prioritizing work, and reviewing deliverables.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring system readiness and timely resolution of close-related issues.
  • Work with internal and external auditors by supporting audit requests, documenting controls, and providing system evidence in support of SOX and other compliance requirements.

  • Contribute to release management, change management, and end-user training and communication.

We’d love to chat if you have:

About this role

BILL is implementing Oracle ERP Cloud across its finance operations and needs a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead this transformation. You'll own the functional design and configuration of Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash modules, working directly with finance and accounting teams to translate their requirements into system solutions. This role combines hands-on technical work—configuring Oracle Fusion, designing test strategies, managing integrations—with strategic partnership across business stakeholders, an offshore technical team, and internal IT groups.

The position demands deep Oracle ERP Cloud expertise built over at least five years as a functional consultant or BSA, with proven experience across GL, subledger accounting, payables, receivables, procurement, and cash management. You'll need to have completed at least one full Oracle implementation cycle and be comfortable supporting month-end close, audit compliance, and post go-live enhancements. Strong documentation skills and the ability to translate between business needs and technical constraints are essential, as is comfort working with offshore teams and managing stakeholder expectations across finance and IT.

This is a remote-based role with a salary range of $126,900–$151,800 depending on location and experience, plus standard fintech benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and PTO. It suits someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and wants to make a tangible impact on how businesses manage their finances.
