About this role

Artisight is hiring a Technical Delivery Engineer to deploy its Smart Hospital Platform—voice-activated sensors and computer vision technology—across hospital networks. In this contract role based in Indianapolis, you'll handle the hands-on installation and validation work: receiving and staging equipment, installing devices and cameras with proper cabling, testing connectivity and functionality, documenting installations, and troubleshooting issues on-site. You'll work directly with clinical staff, IT teams, and facilities while adhering to healthcare safety and privacy standards, keeping patient care disruption minimal.

The role suits someone with 2+ years of technical field experience—whether in desktop support, hardware deployment, or endpoint device installation—and an associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on background. You'll need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort following detailed procedures and work instructions. Healthcare or hospital deployment experience is a plus, as is familiarity with audio/video systems or asset management tools like ServiceNow.

Expect physical demands: lifting equipment up to 50 pounds, standing and walking throughout facilities for extended periods, and working at heights on ladders. You must provide your own laptop, reliable transportation, and mobile phone. Before starting, you'll need to complete customer-specific onboarding—background checks, drug screening, immunization verification, and infection prevention training—and maintain compliance throughout the engagement.
