About this role
Headkount is looking for someone to represent rhode exclusively at Sephora locations throughout Seattle. This is part-time W-2 work—not contract—which means you'll get steady hours, competitive pay scaled to your experience, and structured support rather than the typical freelance hustle. The role centers on becoming the in-store expert for rhode's skincare line: educating shoppers and store staff, driving sales, maintaining displays, and supporting product launches and events.
You'll need at least two years of beauty retail, brand, or freelance experience, a genuine connection to rhode's products, and strong sales and event hosting skills. The job requires weekend availability, reliable transportation across the Seattle market, and comfort using the Headkount app to log shifts and stay connected with the team.
