About this role

Aviator Nation's Events Assistant role supports the Dreamland events team across a broad spectrum of operational and promotional work. You'd handle scheduling and timeline management, coordinate between marketing, talent, and operations teams, and maintain the various trackers and documents that keep events running smoothly. This includes everything from setting up ticketing platforms and managing on-sales to updating the Dreamland website and app, preparing recap reports, and ensuring all promotional materials and links are accurate and live.

The position demands someone who is naturally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. You'll need proficiency with Google's suite of tools and design software including Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut. The role is based in Nashville and requires in-office presence, along with physical capability to stand, move, and lift equipment up to 50 pounds during event execution and setup.

This is a full-time role that suits someone early in their career who thrives in fast-paced, event-driven environments and wants hands-on experience across the entire lifecycle of shows and activations—from planning and promotion through execution and post-event analysis.
