About this role
Headkount is looking for a Beauty Brand Advisor to represent point of view at Sephora locations throughout San Antonio. This is part-time W-2 work focused exclusively on one brand, combining the flexibility of freelance beauty work with the stability of steady pay and benefits. You'll rotate across multiple stores in your market, so you'll need reliable transportation and weekend availability.
Your days will center on educating shoppers and store teams about POV's products, driving sales toward brand goals, maintaining displays, and supporting product launches and events. The role calls for someone with at least two years of beauty retail or brand experience, a genuine enthusiasm for POV skincare, strong selling and education skills, and comfort working independently while staying connected through the Headkount app. You'll complete brief store surveys after each shift and participate in the broader community of beauty professionals Headkount supports.
The pay is $27–$32 per hour based on experience. This role suits someone who thrives representing a single brand deeply rather than juggling multiple lines, and who values the structure of W-2 employment alongside hands-on training and ongoing brand education.
