About this role
Lincoln International, a global investment banking firm, is looking for a Total Rewards Manager to oversee compensation and benefits administration across its organization. Based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule (Monday–Thursday in office), this role sits at the intersection of HR strategy and operational execution, requiring someone who can manage complex programs while partnering effectively with leadership and business teams.
The position centers on three main areas: administering U.S. health and benefits plans while ensuring regulatory compliance; managing compensation cycles, pay equity analyses, and bonus administration; and providing data-driven insights on workforce costs and rewards effectiveness. You'll handle everything from annual benefits renewals and vendor negotiations to preparing offer letters, managing HRIS reporting, and developing dashboards that inform strategic decisions. The role demands both technical precision—particularly with compensation modeling and compliance documentation—and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
This opportunity suits someone with 5–7 years of compensation or benefits experience, ideally from professional or financial services, who is comfortable with Workday and Excel and has worked with equity compensation structures. You'll need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence across departments. The salary range is $110,000–$140,000, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with profit sharing, and an annual bonus.
