Description
WHY JOIN ALO?
Mindful movement. It’s at the core of why we do what we do at ALO—it’s our calling. Because mindful movement in the studio leads to better living. It changes who yogis are off the mat, making their lives and their communities better. That’s the real meaning of studio-to-street: taking the consciousness from practice on the mat and putting it into practice in life.

About this role
Alo Yoga is looking for a Sourcer to build talent pipelines across its finance function, identifying and engaging passive candidates from staff accountants through senior leadership roles in FP&A, treasury, tax and corporate finance. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to map target companies—including Big Four and mid-tier accounting firms—then conduct personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email and phone to surface qualified, interested candidates. The role requires running initial screens to verify credentials and fit, tracking sourcing metrics, and surfacing market intelligence on compensation trends and competitor activity.
This is a contract position suited to someone with at least two years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally with a year focused on finance and accounting talent. You'll need working knowledge of finance functions and career progression, strong cold-outreach writing skills with a demonstrated ability to generate response, and the capacity to juggle multiple open searches. Success means building evergreen pipelines for both high-volume and hard-to-fill roles, then handing recruiters slates of genuinely qualified people ready to move forward.
