About this role

TRADER Corporation's Digital Media Project Manager role sits at the center of branded content production for AutoTrader.ca, Canada's largest automotive marketplace. Over a one-year contract, you'll manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns—from initial planning through final delivery—coordinating vendors, internal teams, and clients to bring branded content to life. Your day involves defining project scope, building workback schedules, facilitating kickoffs, and shepherding campaigns through design, microsite development, video production, and social media deployment. You'll also own the reporting and QA side, ensuring assets perform against KPIs across Google Analytics, Facebook Ad Manager, and other tracking systems.

This role demands strong project management fundamentals and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously while keeping stakeholders aligned. You'll need a university degree or college diploma in a relevant field, ideally with two to three years in project management or advertising agency work. The soft skills matter just as much: you need to communicate clearly across levels, spot roadblocks early, and drive execution with attention to detail. A PMP certification is a nice-to-have but not required.

The hybrid position is based in the Toronto/Etobicoke area and offers a salary of $70,000 to $85,000 CAD, plus benefits including gym discounts, an employee assistance program, a 3% matching pension, and a training budget. This is a solid fit if you're comfortable orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns and want hands-on experience in digital media production within a large, established marketplace.
