About this role
Stanley 1913 is looking for a temporary Retail Marketing Manager to step in during a critical six-month window—October through mid-April—covering one of the brand's busiest retail periods. You'd be the central hub connecting wholesale partners, internal sales and marketing teams, and creative resources to execute product launches and seasonal campaigns successfully. The role is based in Seattle and requires three days per week in the office.
Your day-to-day work spans several interconnected areas: coordinating launch readiness across major retail accounts, managing the flow of marketing assets and toolkits to partners, handling communications with retailers like Dick's Sporting Goods, Target, and Nordstrom, and overseeing retail media network campaigns. You'd also support paid media strategy, co-op marketing programs, and creative production workflows—essentially ensuring retailers have what they need to activate Stanley 1913 campaigns while keeping internal stakeholders aligned on progress and issues.
This role suits someone with at least three years in retail or brand marketing who has managed cross-functional projects and worked directly with wholesale partners. You should be comfortable juggling multiple concurrent launches, writing clear briefs and reports, and advocating for retailer needs back to internal teams. Experience with retail media networks, consumer products, and national accounts is valued. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where coordination and communication are as important as strategy, this temporary assignment offers focused exposure to a major brand's retail operations during its peak season.
