About this role

BAYADA's Phoenix office is hiring an LPN for overnight private duty nursing—a role that differs meaningfully from traditional home health visits. You'll work 8–12 hour shifts caring for one client at a time, either pediatric or geriatric, building real relationships while executing doctor's orders, performing assessments, and documenting care in a client's home. The work offers genuine autonomy; you'll manage your own schedule and make clinical decisions independently in the field.

The position requires an Arizona nursing license in good standing and at least one year of LPN experience; trach experience is preferred but not required. Starting pay is $28–30 per hour depending on the client assignment. Full-time employees receive medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage; PTO; paid holidays; 401(k) matching; employer-paid life insurance; and access to scholarship opportunities and free training. You'll also qualify for a $1,200 referral bonus.

The Phoenix office is described as close-knit and supportive, with a reputation for hands-on team culture. If you value schedule flexibility, one-on-one client relationships, and the ability to work autonomously in home settings, this role aligns with what private duty nursing offers—and BAYADA's structure appears designed to support nurses doing that work.
