- Review incoming requests, clarify the business need and impact, identify affected owners and teams, prepare intake summaries, and route requests for evaluation and prioritization. Identify recurring themes and intake bottlenecks to support broader improvements.
- Develop clear, concise, and testable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical and non-technical initiatives, tailoring the analysis approach to the needs and complexity of the work.
- Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies across projects, business processes, applications, digital platforms, data, integrations, vendors, and support teams; engage appropriate subject-matter experts and delivery partners.
- Participate in solution design, backlog refinement, and sprint planning to clarify requirements and maintain alignment on decisions, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
- Partner with QA and business stakeholders to support testing, user acceptance, and implementation readiness, including changes to workflows, roles, documentation, training, support, and ongoing ownership.

- Ability to gather and organize information about business impact, urgency, risk, dependencies, and expected value to support intake and prioritization decisions.
- Ability to recognize when a request may involve applications, integrations, data, security, infrastructure, digital platforms, or vendor dependencies and engage the appropriate subject-matter experts.
- Proficiency in writing high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
