About this role

Gladden Community House, a Columbus-based settlement house with over a century of service to the Franklinton community, is seeking a senior fundraising leader to build the financial foundation for its youth, family, and homelessness prevention programs. This Director of Development & Fundraising role reports directly to the President & CEO and encompasses the full spectrum of revenue generation: corporate and foundation grants, major gifts, planned giving, annual campaigns, and special events. You'll also lead marketing and communications efforts to elevate the organization's visibility across Central Ohio, manage donor and community relationships, and work closely with the Board of Directors to align fundraising with strategic priorities.
