About this role
Spring Fertility's Patient Navigator role sits at the intersection of clinical support and patient education in a rapidly expanding fertility practice. You'd work closely with the nursing team to guide patients through their treatment cycles, translating complex medical processes into clear, understandable information and managing the logistical details—scheduling, test tracking, appointment coordination—that can feel overwhelming during fertility treatment. The work centers on building trust with patients at a vulnerable time and ensuring they move into active cycle management feeling informed and ready.
This temporary, full-time position is based in Portland and requires early hours plus rotational weekend and holiday availability. You'll need a bachelor's degree and a genuine commitment to reproductive healthcare, paired with strong communication skills that let you explain difficult concepts accessibly and develop rapport quickly. The role calls for someone organized and detail-oriented who can monitor patient compliance, create treatment timelines, and keep multiple moving pieces on track.
The position offers $24–28 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. While temporary roles may have limited benefits eligibility, Spring Fertility provides competitive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, mental health support through BetterHelp, and fertility and parental leave benefits. This is a good fit if you're drawn to mission-driven healthcare work, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to make a direct difference in patients' family-building journeys.
