About this role
RoofingSource is hiring a Junior Field Advisor in Chicago to join their roofing operations team. You'll spend most of your time on rooftops performing repairs, maintenance, and grease containment services across the region. The work is physically demanding—expect regular lifting, climbing, and bending in all weather conditions. You'll travel weekly throughout your designated area with occasional overnight trips (the company provides a vehicle and covers hotel costs), and you'll need a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to qualify.
Beyond the hands-on work, you'll communicate with clients, complete digital reports on smartphones or tablets, and collaborate with the Field Support team to streamline processes.
