About this role
Upgrade is seeking a Product Manager to own the internal systems and workflows that keep operations running smoothly. You'll work across Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to identify where automation and process improvements can reduce friction—whether that's streamlining contact center workflows, improving customer communication channels, or implementing AI-powered solutions. The role is hands-on: you'll translate operational pain points into technical requirements, coordinate cross-functional projects from planning through launch, and use data to measure what actually moves the needle on efficiency and customer experience.
This role suits someone with two to four years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or financial services, who understands contact center and customer support operations. You should be comfortable writing specs for engineers, working with SQL and analytics to validate decisions, and have exposure to operational platforms like Genesys or conversational AI tools. Strong requirement-gathering and stakeholder management skills matter here—you're the bridge between business teams with complex needs and technical teams building solutions.
Upgrade offers competitive salary with stock options, full medical/dental/vision coverage, flexible PTO, and parental leave. The position is hybrid based in Phoenix.
