About this role
Mitratech is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to support go-to-market strategy for its GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) product portfolio. You'd own defined projects across product launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement—translating complex product capabilities into clear messaging for customers and sales teams. The role requires close collaboration with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Marketing, so you'll need strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts for different audiences.
The position emphasizes hands-on execution: developing buyer guides, competitive battlecards, launch materials, and sales resources while managing the internal sales asset repository. You'll also be expected to identify and implement AI tools to streamline research, content creation, and competitive monitoring workflows. This is a practical role that values both organization and initiative—you'll need 2–3 years of B2B marketing or SaaS experience, comfort with data-driven decision-making, and ideally some exposure to GRC, compliance, or legal technology.
Based in Canada and fully remote, this role operates within a globally distributed team and requires alignment with Eastern Time Zone hours. The salary range is $60,000–$70,000 CAD annually.
