About this role
BAYADA's Philadelphia office is looking for a licensed PT or OT ready to step into management while staying connected to clinical work. You'll lead a rehabilitation team, oversee clinical quality and Medicare compliance, mentor field staff toward advancement, and conduct assessments and supervisory visits yourself. The role balances hands-on involvement with coordination of multidisciplinary care, case management, and staff development—suited for someone with at least two years of community health experience, prior home health agency work, and supervisory background who wants to build management skills without leaving patient care entirely behind.
This is a full-time, in-office position that requires strong knowledge of OASIS documentation, Medicare regulations, and home health operations. You'll handle recruiting and evaluating staff, review clinical documentation for accuracy, and foster a service-focused office environment. BAYADA offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and an employee assistance program, along with explicit support for professional development and advancement into future leadership roles.
