About this role

Headkount is hiring Brand Advisors in Dallas to represent multiple beauty and skincare brands at major retailers like Sephora and Ulta. You'd work part-time on a W-2 basis—giving you the scheduling flexibility of freelance work without the 1099 uncertainty—rotating across different brands and store locations throughout your market. The role requires weekend availability and reliable transportation to move between retail sites.

Your day-to-day involves driving sales for the brands you're assigned, training store staff on products and selling techniques, setting up and supporting in-store events, and maintaining merchandising standards. You'll complete post-shift surveys through the Headkount app and stay connected with the broader advisor community for ongoing support and brand education. The position suits someone with at least two years of beauty retail or freelance experience, a track record of hitting sales goals, and comfort working independently while representing multiple brands simultaneously.

Headkount offers competitive hourly pay ($25–30 based on experience), hands-on training, coaching, and a pathway to full-time opportunities. You'll need a smartphone, familiarity with apps and video calls, and the professional confidence to work across different store environments and brand standards.
