About this role
Supporting the EVP and broader leadership team at Onsemi's San Jose headquarters, this executive assistant role demands someone comfortable operating at pace in a global organization. You'll own the full spectrum of senior-level support—from managing intricate calendars and international travel logistics to coordinating high-stakes meetings, handling confidential communications, and serving as a trusted operational anchor for the executive suite. The work spans both strategic coordination and hands-on execution, requiring you to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and juggle competing priorities without losing sight of detail.
This position suits someone with at least seven years supporting VP or C-level executives who thrives in complexity and change. You'll need strong command of Microsoft Office and Teams, sharp organizational instincts, and the judgment to handle sensitive information with discretion. Beyond the core calendar and travel management, you'll touch vendor coordination, IT asset tracking, office operations, and process improvement—roles that reward someone who sees inefficiencies and fixes them. The in-office requirement in San Jose means you'll be embedded in the day-to-day rhythm of leadership operations.
If you're energized by working close to senior decision-makers, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and driven by the satisfaction of keeping complex operations running smoothly, this role offers real scope and responsibility. It's not a back-office position; you're a key operational partner to people steering a major semiconductor company.
