The role demands someone who can anticipate needs, juggle competing priorities, and independently resolve operational conflicts while handling confidential information with consistent professionalism. You'll be the connective tissue between this executive and senior leaders across a global organization, preparing materials for critical meetings and tracking follow-ups to keep key initiatives on track.
This position calls for at least seven years of executive assistant experience, ideally with exposure to technology, AI, or digital transformation functions. You'll need strong organizational instincts, exceptional communication skills, and fluency with Microsoft 365 tools.
