About this role

Otterbein SeniorLife is seeking an RN to lead weekend nursing operations at their Franklin, Indiana senior living community. As Weekend Nurse Supervisor, you'll work every Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm, overseeing resident care quality and managing a team of nurses and care assistants. The role balances direct clinical work—collaborating with physicians on assessments, advocating for residents and families, and ensuring person-centered care—with supervisory responsibilities like staff assignment, performance feedback, and documentation.

This position suits an RN who thrives in both hands-on caregiving and team leadership. You'll need a current Indiana RN license and ideally prior long-term care experience. Otterbein, a nonprofit with over 100 years of history, emphasizes resident dignity and community; the organization offers competitive wages, immediate PTO accrual, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 annually, and access to DailyPay for flexible wage access.
