About this role
Cotton Holdings Inc. is seeking a Restoration Supervisor for a temporary position in San Antonio to lead general labor crews on disaster recovery and restoration projects. You'd oversee hands-on work including fire, water, and mold cleanup—wiping, packing, inventorying, and removing debris—while meeting tight project deadlines set by management. The role requires working alongside your crew, training agency labor, and maintaining safety and quality standards across what can be physically demanding job sites.
This position suits someone with at least one year of experience in demolition, restoration, construction, or general labor, ideally with prior crew lead or team lead experience. You'll need to be comfortable with the physical demands: lifting 50 pounds regularly, standing for four-plus hours, and working in challenging environments including heat and smoke while wearing protective equipment like respirators. The job demands flexibility around weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended travel for event-driven projects.
Cotton emphasizes action, collaboration, and accountability, and frames the work as community restoration during critical recovery periods. The salary range is $18–20 per hour. If you have restoration or construction background and thrive in fast-paced, hands-on environments, this temporary role offers direct impact and exposure to project management operations.
