Salary: Starting rate of $19.50
Key Responsibilities
- Load & unload van with delivery orders
- Drive across the state for 6-8+ hours per day
- Ability to drive 200+ miles daily in a safe and responsible manner
- Communicate well with supervisors and other team members
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
- Conduct deliveries professionally and provide strong customer service
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and perform light maintenance on the vans
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to assist with other aspects of the business, including warehouse & inventory management, packaging, etc., on an as-needed basis
- Maintaining delivery manifest google drive
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Must be 21+ years old
- Valid State Driver's License
- At least 6 months of professional driving experience preferred
- Enjoys spending time in the car
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to relocate to or the ability to reliably commute to HQ Locations, and ability to work on-site
- Must be able to pass required pre-employment checks to meet CRC requirements
- A high degree of integrity and ethical conduct, always

About this role
Fernway is seeking a Delivery Driver to transport cannabis products to dispensaries throughout an assigned state, based out of Rock Tavern. The role involves 6–8+ hours of daily driving covering 200+ miles, loading and unloading delivery orders, maintaining delivery records, and ensuring professional customer interactions at each stop. You'll also be responsible for keeping the van clean and organized, conducting routine maintenance checks, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly. Beyond core delivery duties, you may assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and packaging as needed.
The ideal candidate has at least six months of professional driving experience, a valid state driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass pre-employment background checks required for cannabis logistics. You must be 21 or older, comfortable spending extended time driving, capable of reliable on-site work, and willing to relocate to or commute consistently to the Rock Tavern headquarters. Strong communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills are essential, as is a positive attitude and willingness to support other business functions.
