About this role
Riot Games is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance to lead QA strategy and teams supporting VALORANT's foundational systems—specifically the Game Engine, Technical Art, and Release Engineering. This is a leadership role where you'll manage quality professionals across multiple teams, define comprehensive test strategies that span playtest activities through production, and translate quality insights into risk analysis that shapes development decisions. You'll be accountable for test coverage execution, defect tracking, telemetry analysis, and maintaining data-driven reporting systems that keep quality central to how the game evolves.
The role demands at least five years of QA experience with proven leadership credentials, strong grounding in performance testing and test automation, and the ability to establish quality metrics that actually drive strategic change.
