About this role
Hasbro is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across its Value, Club, Drug, and Off Price channels, managing the full P&L for iconic toy and entertainment brands. Based in Boston (with current flexibility between Pawtucket and temporary Boston locations), you'd lead a team of four sales managers while owning account strategy, channel assortment, and go-to-market execution for Boys Action, Sports Action, Games, Preschool, and Fashion portfolios. This role demands someone who can balance retailer relationships with internal cross-functional coordination, translating customer needs into profitable assortments and negotiating terms that hit both revenue and margin targets.
The ideal candidate brings at least five years selling to off-price retailers plus experience in club, value, or drug channels, with demonstrated success forecasting accurately, exceeding sales targets, and thriving in fast-paced environments. You'll need strong retail finance acumen, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to synthesize market data and consumer behavior into strategic decisions. Expect to travel at least 30 percent and work in-office Tuesday through Thursday once Hasbro's new Boston headquarters opens.
This is a temporary position offering compensation between $140,900 and $211,400, plus eligibility for annual and long-term incentives. It suits an ambitious sales leader ready to shape how Hasbro's brands reach consumers across multiple retail channels.
