ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael’s is hiring a part-time (3-5 hours per week) Senior Strategic Advisor. You will be responsible for leveraging your Senior Executive Service experience as the Chief Financial Officer of a DoW, IC, or DHS organization to provide insight, counsel, and advice to St. Michael’s executives. LOCATION
Tampa, FL (On-site)
WHO YOU ARE
- Prior executive-level service within a 4-Star level DoW, Intelligence Community, or Department of Homeland Security organization.
- Extensive senior government leadership experience in defense financial management, budgeting, resourcing, and acquisition.
- Deep understanding of PPBE and the relationships among military commands, Office of the Secretary of War, and the Services; ability to translate mission needs into practical contractor solutions
- Sound strategic judgment, concise written and oral communication, and willingness to challenge assumptions constructively.
- Certified Defense Financial Manager Defense with Acquisition Specialty (CDFM-A)
- Masters Degree in a finance related field
- Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret
