About this role
Twitch's Revenue team is hiring a Customer Success Manager to support the growth of its advertising business, specifically working with clients focused on influencer marketing products. You'd be the central point of contact managing campaign execution, client relationships, and internal coordination across product, finance, and operations teams. The role blends pre-sale media planning with post-sale campaign operations—you'd own timelines, troubleshoot live campaigns, guide clients through purchasing tools, and ensure smooth delivery of custom programs and sponsorships.
The position requires at least four years of online media or planning experience and a track record of helping clients execute campaigns successfully. You'll need strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across technical teams, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment. Agency background and hands-on experience with online media platforms are valued but not required. This is an in-office role based in Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York, with a salary range of $92,400–$177,800 depending on location, plus sign-on payments, RSUs, and standard benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible PTO.
