About this role
Island Stone is scaling rapidly—growing 100% year-over-year—and needs someone to ensure their sales teams have what they need to ramp quickly and hit targets. As a Sales Enablement Readiness Manager, you'd own the full lifecycle of seller development: designing onboarding programs for new hires, building training in multiple formats, creating playbooks and sales assets, and championing both value-selling methodology and AI tools that cut manual work. You'd work across GTM leadership, Product, and Marketing to keep enablement programs aligned with how the business actually sells, and you'd run everything from monthly bootcamps to the annual Revenue Kick-Off.
This role suits someone with 3–5 years in SaaS sales or enablement who understands how sellers think and what tools they'll actually use. You should be comfortable with MEDDPICC methodology, familiar with sales tech and learning platforms, and genuinely curious about generative AI as a productivity lever. The work moves fast and priorities shift; you'll juggle multiple cohorts and projects at once while staying organized and reliable. Strong facilitation skills matter—you'll lead training sessions and give feedback—as does the ability to translate complex ideas into messages that resonate with sales professionals.
The position is full-time, in-office five days a week at Island's Coppell, Texas headquarters. Island offers standard benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and on-site wellness and daily lunches.
