About Four Hands
About this role
Four Hands is seeking a Project Management Intern to work within its National Sales organization for a 12-week spring term (January through April 2027). You'd serve as a coordinator between Inside and Field sales teams, managing revenue-driven projects from start to finish while working across multiple business verticals including eCommerce, Retail, and Art. This is fundamentally a connective role—you'll track timelines and deliverables, keep sales reps aligned on priorities, remove departmental roadblocks, and maintain dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into project status and emerging risks.
The work calls for someone organized and communicative who can handle multiple concurrent projects and adapt to the different needs of each business line. You'll prepare reporting for the Senior Director of National Sales, help coordinate cross-functional meetings, and follow up to ensure accountability. This internship suits a current college student (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field) who is comfortable with MS Office, project management software, and presentation tools, and who genuinely enjoys bringing people together to solve problems. Curiosity about sales operations, retail, and the creative space is valued but not required.
Four Hands, an Inc. 5000 company headquartered in Austin and recognized as a top workplace, has been designing and wholesaling furniture and décor for over 25 years. The role offers real ownership and visibility with senior leadership—a genuine opportunity to see how a high-performing sales organization drives strategy and revenue.
