BAYADA Home Health is looking for compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team full time in our Charlotte Visits office.
This position will be providing services to our adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis throughout Mecklenburg County.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
- Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
- Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform client assessments as necessary
- Case management and coordination
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina.
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
Additional Information:
Base pay, depending upon qualifications
$54-62 per point.

About this role
BAYADA Home Health Care in Charlotte is seeking full-time registered nurses to deliver care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes throughout Mecklenburg County. You'll manage a caseload of per-visit assignments, handling medication administration, wound care, client assessments, and care coordination while documenting everything on a tablet-based system. The role requires independent time management, strong communication with clients and their families, and the ability to follow clinical protocols while reporting changes to your manager.
To succeed here, you'll need a current North Carolina RN license and at least one year of recent medical/surgical clinical experience. Home health background is preferred but not required. You should be comfortable working independently, have solid computer skills (EMR experience is a plus), and be able to travel to assigned cases. The position offers a $5,000 hiring bonus and base pay of $54–62 per hour depending on qualifications, along with a standard benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, and professional development opportunities.
