About this role
Attain Talent's Finance Analyst role centers on managing the financial operations and reimbursement workflows for federal programs. You'll spend your time reviewing and processing invoices, entering and maintaining financial data across multiple systems, tracking payment status and obligations, and reconciling program records against source documents. The work requires precision and attention to detail, as accuracy directly affects compliance with federal program requirements and timely reimbursement.
This position calls for a bachelor's degree and at least two years of hands-on experience in financial operations, invoice processing, or reimbursement administration. You should be comfortable working in Excel and databases, comfortable with data entry, and ideally have prior exposure to federal clients and their specific compliance expectations. The role involves coordination across multiple teams—budget, finance, accounting, procurement, and program staff—so communication and organizational skills matter as much as technical ability.
