About this role

Aviator Nation's Nashville venue is looking for an Assistant General Manager to run day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager. You'd own scheduling and labor management, cash handling and financial controls, inventory ordering, and staff training across both front and back-of-house teams. The role demands strong presence on the floor—regular table visits, visible leadership, and the ability to enforce company standards consistently while keeping guests satisfied and the team motivated.

This position suits someone with 3–6 years of management experience in a fast-paced hospitality or retail setting, comfortable with POS systems, Google Workspace, and Slack. You'll need solid cash-handling skills, the ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure, and comfort with physical demands: standing and walking for long stretches, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a moderately to extremely loud environment. The role includes health benefits, internal growth opportunities, and POS training.
