About this role
Headkount is looking for a Beauty Brand Advisor to represent point of view at Sephora locations throughout Austin. You'd be the dedicated in-store expert for this brand, educating shoppers and store teams, driving sales, maintaining displays, and supporting product launches and events. The role requires weekend availability and reliable transportation across multiple store locations in your market.
This is W-2 part-time work at $25–30 per hour, offering the flexibility of freelance beauty work with the stability of steady pay and benefits. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing brand education, and coaching from a supportive community of beauty professionals. The position suits someone with at least two years of beauty retail, brand ambassador, or freelance experience who has genuine enthusiasm for skincare and point of view specifically, strong sales and education skills, and the ability to work independently while staying organized through the Headkount app.
