About this role
At VaynerMedia's London office, you'd lead the creator and influencer services function across EMEA—a role that sits at the intersection of strategy, client partnership, and hands-on campaign delivery. You'd own the vision for how the agency builds and scales its external creator capabilities and influencer offerings, working with global leadership to shape the regional approach while managing a small but growing team. This means balancing big-picture thinking about positioning and service development with the day-to-day reality of scoping proposals, overseeing work quality, and stepping into execution when needed.
The role demands someone with 10+ years in creator, influencer, or talent services who understands these channels as relationship-driven and can spot authentic talent beyond follower counts. You'll need genuine experience managing teams and campaigns, plus the soft skills to operate as a trusted partner to clients—translating their business needs into influencer strategies and explaining the logic behind recommendations. Equally important is comfort working across both agency and brand sides, managing operational complexity across multiple stakeholders and campaigns, and the drive to solve problems rather than simply execute tasks.
This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-moving agency environment. It suits someone who's proven themselves in managed service influencer marketing, enjoys the creative side of talent discovery, and is ready to grow a function from the ground up within an established global operation.
