About this role

Hyperquake is seeking an experienced growth marketing leader to build and direct its media and analytics function across a growing client roster. You'd manage a team of 7-8 marketers and analysts while staying actively involved in campaign strategy and execution across paid social, search, display, print, OOH, and programmatic channels. The role reports to the Managing Director of Brand Building and requires both strategic vision—setting direction for how media and analytics integrate with broader brand initiatives—and hands-on rigor in campaign planning, optimization, and reporting.

This is a hybrid leadership and execution position suited to someone who thrives balancing team development with direct client work. You'll serve as the senior media voice with clients, translating campaign performance into business outcomes and presenting strategic recommendations to senior executives. You'll also partner across creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure media connects to the bigger picture. The role includes a near-term maternity leave backfill for a digital media account, requiring you to own media strategy and platform execution (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic DSPs) while supporting the broader team.

You'll need 10+ years in growth marketing with proven expertise across the full channel mix, a strong analytics mindset, and a track record managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with comfort in the details, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior clients and cross-functional partners. You should be adaptable—comfortable jumping into projects with limited notice—and genuinely energized by Hyperquake's work in strategic innovation and branded experiences.
