About this role
Feldkamp Mechanical's warehouse operation in Cincinnati needs someone to keep materials, tools, and equipment flowing to field teams and job sites. As a Warehouse Assistant, you'd handle receiving and inventory management for HVAC parts and construction supplies, pull orders for upcoming projects, coordinate deliveries, and maintain tool tracking systems. The role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple requests while working hands-on in a fast-paced environment—regularly lifting up to 50 pounds and working both indoors and outdoors.
The ideal candidate has at least a year of warehouse or construction experience and familiarity with HVAC materials, though the company is willing to train the right person. Forklift certification is preferred but not required if you're willing to get certified. You'll need a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and basic computer skills for inventory systems. This is a full-time, in-office position with competitive pay, medical and dental coverage, 401(k) matching, PTO, and clear opportunities to grow within Kelso Industries, a large national organization with dozens of operating companies.
