About this role

FanDuel's Business Project Management team is hiring a Project Manager to own complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. You'd work directly with stakeholders across the organization to define scope, assemble distributed teams, track progress, identify risks, and drive decisions—reporting to a Senior Program Manager while gaining exposure to FanDuel Group and its parent company, Flutter Entertainment. The role demands someone who can juggle multiple priorities, influence without formal authority, and thrive in an agile environment while keeping dispersed teams aligned and motivated.

The ideal candidate brings at least three years in project management, strategy, or business operations, ideally from tech, sports, or media. You should be organized and transparent about plans and deliverables, self-motivated enough to work independently on details while tracking broader interdependencies, and skilled at negotiating with stakeholders and building agreements. Experience managing distributed teams is expected, as is a demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity and deliver results under pressure.

Based in Atlanta and full-time in-office, the position offers a salary of $94,000–$117,500 along with comprehensive benefits including multiple health plans, generous PTO, performance bonuses, 401(k) matching up to 5%, and various wellness programs.
